Refunds and cancellation Policy

At Swariya, we aim to make your wedding planning seamless. If you need to cancel or request a refund, this policy explains the process.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments.

  • Services not delivered due to Swariya’s fault.

  • Venue/vendor cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Personalized wedding services (custom décor, photography packages, etc.).

  • Vendor/venue cancellations made by the client outside allowed timeframes.

  • Non-refundable booking deposits (clearly marked during checkout).

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Client cancellations must be made in writing via email to support@swariya.com.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of booking are eligible for full refund (if service not delivered).

  • After this period, refunds depend on vendor/venue policies.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Delays may occur due to bank/third-party payment processors.

4. Rescheduling

Instead of cancelling, clients may request rescheduling (subject to venue/vendor availability).

5. Disputes

If you receive unsatisfactory service from a listed vendor, Swariya will assist in resolving disputes, but final responsibility lies with the vendor.rt@swariya.com
